We manufacture customised electrical wiring and connectivity solutions for the Mining/Industrial/Automotive and Information Technology world.

QCC has customised its production facility to not only cater for small intricate cable and electronic assembly but also very large electrical harnesses for mining machinery, harsh environment and automotive requirements. From a one off special configuration to production runs of thousands, we work with our customers to meet their requirements. As our production facility and workshop is based in Brisbane, we welcome the chance to show our customers their project being made in real time and work with them to ensure the end result meets all their expectations of quality, value and timeliness.

Project Estimation Services

QCC have the internal expertise built on years of practical knowledge along with tertiary qualifications to provide accurate ICT, Telecommunications rollout and migration estimation services. We have been involved in some of the largest infrastructure projects in South East Queensland in the last 5 years including the 2018 Commonwealth Games and the NextBus Real-Time Passenger Information System Rollout.

Wire Harness Design/Assembly & Consult Services

Engineering and trade qualified staff that can assist with cabling and wire harness design along with panel/electronic assembly work. The range of services we can provide includes customer IP, assessment, design, CAD, Bill of Materials, Assembly instructions. These services can be provided both onsite and remotely.

Onsite Installation

As well as manufacturing wire harnesses and cable assemblies in our purpose-built production facility, QCC can also deploy teams of trade qualified staff onsite to assist with installation of harnesses and electrical equipment and components. This makes us a ‘One stop Shop’ for our customers and helps gain efficiency, cost effectiveness and consistency in the overall finished product.
