Same day shipping
The majority of items in our online store is in stock and ready to ship the same day if ordered before 3pm (QLD time), which allows us to meet the parcel delivery services’ deadline. QCC is famous for servicing our customers at very short notice. If you have an urgent order inquiry, do not hesitate to contact us to see what we can do for you. Flexibility is our forte!
Should an ordered item not be in stock we will backorder this for you and notify you as soon as they become available for shipment or collection. We regret that we are unable to call prior to delivery, as we use third party courier services.
Attention: No PO boxes, shipping to street addresses only
To get your order to you quick and safely, we use courier services. Courier companies will not send to post office boxes for security reasons. When placing an order, please ensure to use a street address only.
Shipping details on your web account
We will notify you by email or phone as soon as your order is ready for shipment or collection, If you are a registered web account customer, we will also upload the shipping details to your web account. QCC uses a variety of parcel delivery services like StarTrack, TNT and Australia Post but is happy to engage other parcel delivery services of your choice.

Have something to return? Please call us to request a Repair Authorisation (RA) form and allocation number. Clearly label the goods with the RA number, include the Repair Authorisation form detailing the nature of the fault and return goods in proper packaging within 7 days. A Repair Authorization form is an authorization to return the goods for evaluation, it is not an agreement by QCC to credit or replace the goods. A service fee may apply if there is no fault found with goods returned for repair.
